Help With Federal Agencies

CaseworkAs a U.S. Senator, it is my privilege to assist constituents with problems or concerns they have with federal agencies. While I am unable to override the laws and regulations of any federal agency (including the U.S. military), I can ensure that my constituents are provided an adequate response in a timely manner.

As a longstanding tradition in the Senate, if you are not a resident of Hawaii, please contact the Member who represents your state to afford them the opportunity to serve you as their constituent.
